Each case is assigned a SEVERITY (L/M/H) level, but that level is not showing in any list or is traslated to tasks. Furtermore, you can not filter cases by severity level.
In order to allow analysts to works in tasks in an adequeate order to solve first cases with higher severity it could be uselful to show case severity in task list and in cases lists.
