Description

Icons of buttons were missing

Reproduction steps

Simply install kotaemon use the `run_windows.bat` in the latest release, then run Kotaemon.

I'm sorry but I don't have logs of the installation.

Additional information

Maybe it's because of my network (since I am in China)? But I am not sure.
