Current Behavior

We currently send all BOM_PROCESSING_FAILED events to a Slack channel for triage and remediation.

Proposed Behavior

Add a new hook for BOM_VALIDATION_FAILED which would fire when

  • DTrack has Bom Validation setting enabled
  • an invalid bom is uploaded
