Current Behavior

Sidebar should remember state of being minimized or maximized.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log on to DT
  2. Maximize the Sidebar
  3. Reload the page
  4. Wonder why the state of the sidebar was not remembered

Expected Behavior

Should store the state of the sidebar in the local storage.
