Can't get it to work with nginx; automate product creation?

Fixed number 1, didn't see the config file. I set base url.

But number 2 I'm still curious if it's possible

I scanned some products in the local network with the Android app. But then I had to manually create the products through buddy's website so they would be added to grocy's inventory. Is there a way to automate this so I only have to scan?
