Add an importer for Akamai's RUM Archive

The RUM Archive is a publicly available and queryable dataset of anonymized Real User Monitoring (RUM) page loads and resource fetches.

Unlike StatCounter, it provides mobile browser version data.

At a minimum, it would be great if I could adopt this as an end user. Following that, I suspect that this data will be so much better than StatCounter that it will make sense to switch from StatCounter to the RUM Archive.
