Disable/Enable CEC on Android TV When Connecting/Disconnecting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When connecting to my Nvidia Shield TV, It automatically turns on my TV as well due to CEC functionality.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a switch/argument for scrcpy.exe to disable CEC functions before waking the device to prevent the TV from turning on

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried the --turn-screen-off switch but it does not work for my use-case. I think I remember this working in an older version of scrcpy, but I am not sure.

Doesn't work. The moment you interact with screen it will "wake" the shield and turn the TV on
