The sub items have 4 spaces. I've also tried 2 spaces and that doesn't work either.

If there's another way to achieve the desired result, that's fine too.

This change renders them as indented, though it doesn't keep with the numbered/letter formatting. Does this work for you or should I try again? b9d2fd2#diff-0e39bc6ad72d3a739fe9e520ecdf2ffc28596e67256d890085d539fe46f265a5
