Description

We are experiencing timeout to the RiskIQ API when running the RiskIQ connector

Environment

  1. OS (where OpenCTI server runs): Debian 12
  2. OpenCTI version: 6.5.3

Reproducible Steps

Deploy the connector and observe the logs.

Expected Output

Actual Output

[RiskIQ] Error connecting: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.riskiq.net', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /pt/v2/articles?createdAfter=2024-12-31&sort=created&order=asc (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f34159cc980>, 'Connection to api.riskiq.net timed out. (connect timeout=None)'))
