Deleting 1st entry from manipulate knowledge in a playbook crashes the UI

Description

The UI crashes every time i press on x from manipulate knowledge window to remove any fields while working in playbooks.

Environment

SaaS 6.5.5

Reproducible Steps

create a playbook
Listen for knowledge and add use manipulate knowledge
Enter multiple fields;
Click create to save it
re-enter and now delete the 'first' entry and get the error
