front: STDCM: op table overflows and covers buttons on first simulation

What happened?

Displaying all operational points systematically bugs during the first stdcm simulation, with the op table overflowing and covering the buttons. Generating additional simulations fixes the bug.

Possibly due to the table component not updating to take all the space it should.

What did you expect to happen?

The table to always stays bounded, and the buttons to always be accessible.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

• Go to stdcm locally on current /dev commit
• Generate a single simulation on PER/MIR axis, following https://github.com/osrd-project/osrd-tests/issues/76 (with local data and thus not the same dates) until step 20
• Step 21 is impossible due to the overflow
