Description and goal

The goal is to rework timetable/train_schedule/paced_train modules in editoast tree to make things clearer.
Timetable train_schedule paced_trains would be under timetable module.

Acceptance criteria

  • everything works as usual
  • paced train and train schedule are under timetable module
