front: white screen on scenario page

What happened?

When opening the scenario page for the first time, I have a white page.
The error is Error: Cannot refetch a query that has not been started yet..

If I reload the page several times, it finally opens.

What did you expect to happen?

No white screen

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

1. Go to dev
2. Open a scenario (change scenario if no white screen)

What operating system, browser and environment are you using?

• Browser: Firefox v109
• OS: Nixos v22.11
• Env: Local

OSRD version (top right corner Account button > Informations)
