TSV2 : Put units into the table lines and not in the title

What is this feature about?

In the TSV2 input table on the "times and stops part" we have today:

• Instead of put "Stopping Time (s)" we should have "Stopping Time"
• When the user enter the numerical value of the stopping time in a line the unit (second) is automatically displayed
• The same for the TSV2 output table

Why is this feature valuable?

it makes the table clear and makes the input table homogeneous with the output ones
