Memorize more infos when refreshing a scenario page

What happened?

Nothing very important but quite frustrating when using OSRD : all the following actions aren't memorized when the page is refreshed:

• the extra details being activated or not in the train list
• the selected train and the one used for the projection (cf Add the selected train and the projection to the scenario URL #9018)
• the Km or Linear in the GET
• all the settings in the GEV

What did you expect to happen?

I'm expecting those to be memorized when refreshing the page.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
