Review READMEs of projects

Go through all current projects and make sure that the READMEs are helpful and provide the information people need to learn about what the project does.

I went through the readmes and I think they give a good impression of the tools and also have the necessary links to further documentation. Maybe liblrs could benefit from an additional one or two introductory lines, like it is described on the OpenRAilAssociation website (if someone goes straight to the readme without reading on the website).
Other than that I don't have any suggestions.
