What happened?

When the travel time is greater than 150min then the track estimator on the section is not correctly estiamted. See

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a trainrun with a section's travel time > 150min
2. Switch to the graphical timetable (Streckengrafik)
3. Check the track estimation (section)
4. There should appear the in the description documented issue.
