描述

Gewe框架平台使用的是Gewechat，地址https://www.geweapi.com，但是接入需要平台的token，现在cmd_config.json没提送写入变量，然后get_token_id函数又在docker镜像内

使用场景

希望在cmd_config.json内增加token地址变量
