@matt-brigante correct me if I'm wrong but based on your Cashing Out guide I was under the assumption that drivers get paid effectively immediately for each fare and then they have to manually choose to cash out whenever they would like to. Is that correct?

Ride payouts on TRIP will happen immediately in the Teleport App and will go directly into your Teleport Wallet in the form of USDC. The cash out instructions above explain how get your USDC payout from the Teleport wallet to your bank account. How long it takes to receive your funds into your bank account depends on the exchange you use and your bank. For example Coinbase take 24 to 48 hours on average. For some exchanges you may be able to pay a small fee for instant transfers.

Ryan, given Matt's comment what do you think? There could still be a contribution to be made here. Either a narrower addition to the Driver Basics page or maybe some copy edits to the Cashing Out page. Let us know what you think.

As it is right now, I think it could be worked into the Cashing Out page. Do yall plan on having any incentives that might need a payout schedule or any fees that a driver might be able to collect on, such as a cleaning fee or tolls? In my experience these have been a high driver of support contacts.

This isn't a part of the current state of the system. As more drivers use the app they will let us know if this is an issue, how much it's an issue, etc and we will respond accordingly to meet their needs.
