[FR] Yara: Support GitHub repositories for YARA rules

Feature description
Update the existing analyzer to support YARA rules from GitHub repositories.

Make it in a way that allows the Docker image to be useable without having files on the local filesystem.

Describe the solution you'd like
Multiple GitHub repositories can be set up via a list, as well as a PAT to support private repositories & avoid quotas issues.

GitHub repository pulls occurs at execution time.
