Extend Tag Filtering options from Statistics page to List of Cases page.

Feature Request

Issue #186 added the ability to specify certain criteria when searching for tags, (i.e. "all of" ,"any of" and "none of") in the Statistics page. This is very useful and it would be beneficial to have this functionality extended to the "list of cases" page.

Is there any reason why the feature request is not planned in any if the next releases?
Especialky tag negation does not seem to be so complex and would be very helpfull...
