It would be nice to be able to have another status option for cases other than Open or Resolved..

Maybe something like Waiting or Pending Or Blocked

There are some use cases that I would like to have a case opened up via automation and eventually a few days later when something else completes either the case will get flagged or will be resolved from other automation. It would be nice to be able to filter these Pending cases out when I look at Open Cases. I am sure that there are other use cases as well.

I think this should be a fairly simple change to do but I am not familiar with the codebase to trust myself doing it.

Bonus : expire time for this status - aka: after x days or hours or after date, the case will go back to being Open

One status "Review" or similar would be nice to have to.
Would allow for some sort of queue based work flow.

E.g. each case has to be reviewed before closed and people can pick up cases from different queues (or status in that case).

Won't this be added anytime soon?
The 'Pending', 'Hold' and 'Review' status seems perfect. Totally align with my organization process.
It seems to me these status would help a lot of people.

For my organization this is one of the most important issues of TheHive right now.
I think that 'Bonus' is the least of concerns.
Having these new status would be a lot of help!

@mgabriel-silva Hey - I'll start studying TheHive's codebase and see what I can do.

Is there an update on this? Would be good to have a status that can pause the case closure time for accurate stats.
