Dynamic (auto-refresh) of cases is break in 3.3.0-RC5

Problem Description

After update to 3.3.0-RC5 (from 3.2.1), cases aren't dynamically refreshed.
For example, if I'm looking a case in my web browser, and someone/something else modify the case at the same time, i don't see the modification in my web browser, neither in the live stream. i have to refresh the case to see any modifications. This issue wasn't existing in 3.2 versions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a case in a web browser
2. Modify this case by API request/someone else modify the case
3. The modification doesn't appear in the browser, neither the livestream event, without a refresh of the page

Clear cache + restarting the web browser after the update reolved this issue... My bad :-(
