Unable to Update Configuration - Error

When attempting to change settings under Settings > Configuration and pressing 'Update config' I receive the below error:-

App\Entity\Config::setValue(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type string, null given, called in /var/www/html/src/Controller/ConfigurationController.php on line 60
