Source code and license?

I'm trying to figure out if this is suitable for my org, but I don't see any license or source code to audit.

Seriously. We use the source code to find out how stuff works when the documentation is poor, or if there is a bug. This is problematic.

It looks like source code is all maintained with the component repositories, e.g. https://github.com/atlassian/gajira-create and https://github.com/atlassian/gajira-login

But there's still no license, and I don't understand why this repo exists with what seems to be just a single binary file 🤷

A single binary file without a direct build source is always sus, easy way to distribute malware.
