WSL crashes randomly at night: "running wsl-bootstrap: exit status 1"

Description

Running Rocket Chat server locally + MongoDB for days and weeks;
It crahes randomly at nights with:
running wsl-bootstrap: exit status 1

This happens for the third time now.

Reproduce

Basically install docker, install Rocket chat server and run it (+mongoDB). That is all, no more actions. Rocket chat is only used in LAN. Got two rocket chat node js running in Windows as well

I assume dev should ask some mechanism to health checks for wsl before starting docker daemon.
