What's the feature?

Very subjective so feel free to close this if not aligned.

I find the focusing UX a bit unpleasant:

I actually thought there was something wrong with loading the page at first :)

As a dev I still want to see the "unfocused" lines (to understand the context of the focused lines), and it's a bit annoying to have to keep my mouse hovered to see the outer lines.

I think fern's docs site should use line highlighting instead of line focusing (I can put up a PR to do this). But honestly if aligned that this is not a good UX, maybe the feature should be deprecated
