Thanks - the related Dart-Code issues are:

However it's currently blocked on microsoft/vscode#240207, which can cause us to incorrectly restore DevTools URLs from previous sessions and show errors. I have some ideas for a possible workaround, but it would be pretty clunky so I'm hoping to see if we get a response there before trying to implement that.
