Create v0.1.0 getting started guide

What would you like to be added:
A getting started guide based on the v0.1.0 branch
Why is this needed:
v0.1.0 is going to be more stable than main, and some users would be happy with an older, but more stable experience.

We readjust our onboarding experience as we mature, but with the current velocity, there may be substantial changes between version releases, and users may want to test out the latest features (main). This is, hopefully, a fair middle ground for the short term.
