This is a Bug Report

Problem:
The docs for DNS service under the The pods fail to connect to the services by host names in running-locally.md redirects to the following link: https://kubernetes.io/docs/admin/dns/ which is an empty page. IMO, it should redirect to https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/services-networking/dns-pod-service/

Proposed Solution:
docs for DNS service should redirect to https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/services-networking/dns-pod-service/ instead of https://kubernetes.io/docs/admin/dns/
