Inconsistent naming in Rust API #680

This is a minor thing, but the names in the Rust API are inconsistent:

ID
TreeID
ContainerID
PeerID

but

IdLp
IdSpan
TreeParentId
IntoContainerId
PeerIdUpdateCallback

This should all be either ID or Id.
