libmpv: list of sources

Expected behavior of the wanted feature

ffmpeg list available sources with "-sources"
also
ffmpeg allow to get the options of a directshow source with "-list_options true -f dshow -i video="Camera""

It would be nice if libmpv allowed to extract these lists
