Describe the bug
When using on Safari, once today page loads, it somehow makes it harder to click the navbar, and you have to click the navbar twice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to /Today, must be initial load page
  2. Click on Navbar

Expected behavior
Shouldn't happen

There's a css media query called any-hover, but is not supported atm by tailwind. will use workaround
