Expected Behavior

Overload messages in status bar and skipped frames in stats should work no matter what output settings is used

Current Behavior

Using Rescale Output causes overload messages in status bar not show up and skipped frames in stats stop working (stay at 0/0)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Output Mode: Advance, Rescale Output set to disabled
  2. Setup cpu encoder in such way that it will overload
  3. Enable Rescale Output option (i used bicubic)
  4. Start recording, no overload messages in status bar and no skipped frames in stats

Anything else we should know?

Same thing with 30.2.3
