Cannot read property 'config' of null #33

I upgraded a project to postcss-loader 1.0.0 and during the build, I've noticed this error:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'config' of null
    at /Users/tleunen/dev/xxxx/node_modules/postcss-load-config/index.js:50:22

OS	Node	npm	PostCSS
MacOS 10.12	6.9.1	3.10.8	1.0.0
