No new version with wrong data

Since a few days upstream serves factually wrong data.

E.g. claiming inbound GPL-2.0-only is compatible with outbound LGPL-2.1-only.

I refuse to publish this dataset until this is sorted out upstream.
Users might see a diff between the offered latest release and the upstream data.

In more detail, since months and months new matrix updates fail

osadl_matrix.is_compatible("GPL-2.0-only", "LGPL-2.1-only") , which means that according to the matrix you can't relicense your inbound LGPL-2.1 to GPL-2.0 while https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#AllCompatibility clearly states you can.

So factually the new matrix is wrong.
As this issue apparently is not of interest and there is no accountability anywhere, it might be best to not pursue publishing this library any further
