Add File Pinning/Starring Feature to Highlight Key Files

What feature(s) would you like to see in RepoSense

To complement the repository blurb feature, we can have a feature to allow users to pin or star specific files in their commits. These files would appear at the top of the file list in the RepoSense report, making them easier to access. Users can mention the files in the blurb and highlight these files using the pinning/starring feature.

Is the feature request related to a problem?

In large commits, important files can get buried in long lists, making it time-consuming to locate them repeatedly.

If possible, describe the solution

After configuration, a "Pin" or "Star" button would appear at the files. Pinning/Starring it would move the file to a pinned section at the top of the list in Code Panel.
