In the Scaleway Console it's possible to toggle a "Enable SMTP" flag which is used to enable outgoing SMTP traffic that would be otherwise not allowed

...however, there seems to be no such option in the provider's scaleway_instance_security_group resource

Edit: this breaks the deployment of any service that sends out email, examples include Gogs, Gitea, GitLab, Sentry, etc.
