Usability: Header logo does not link to main page

If I navigate to, e.g., http://pr-40-scipy-sphinx-theme-v2.surge.sh/bugs.html, then the NumPy logo in the top left links to the page I'm already on, where I would always expect a header logo to link to the main page, i.e. index.html.

I think this issue is not there in latest commit: https://pr-73-scipy-sphinx-theme-v2.surge.sh/ , please check.
