How does SNIKKET_TWEAK_PROMETHEUS work?

If you are monitoring your Snikket server using Prometheus and scraping the metrics endpoint, you should set this to 1 and let it at its default otherwise.

I'm a little confused about how to use this configuration option.

• Where is the metrics endpoint?
• Is it possible to restrict what networks/addresses are allowed to connect to it? Bonus if it can be bound to an entirely different port.

Am I missing a question I should be asking about it?

I'm really hoping I didn't miss some documentation somewhere but...if I did could you point me to it?
