Describe the bug
Using the Query button from a record set queries for records outside of the record set. Only occurs in production.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a record set
  2. Click the Edit button next to the record set name
  3. Click Query
  4. Add any field and run the query
  5. See that the results include all records in the collection

Expected behavior
The query should only search for records within the record set.

Screenshots
The record set in this example has 4 CO records.
