HTML link in list homepage

sympa 6.2.8

adding html links in a list home page doesn't really work.
<a href="https://mysite.net/">link</a> gets filtered to <a>link</a> which is displayed as a link but useless.

URLs of web interface were no longer stripped with Sympa 6.2.22 or later (see also #45).

To prevent stripping link URLs of external site, you can set allowed_external_origin parameter available with 6.2.22 or later.
