Command description

Currently the page for gdb uses a mix of long and short options. It'll be good to make it consistent.

It's also worth noting that gdb only switched to the two dash form (--) of long arguments pretty recently (circa 2021), so lots of older distros are still shipping older versions (e.g. Debian 11, RHEL 8). The cutoff version also seems inconsistent - Fedora switched on 34 with gdb-11.1, while Alpine switched on 3.17 with gdb-12.1 (maybe there was a build option for this involved). Anyways, things worth considering.

Here is the manned.org page, if you want to go through these various versions yourself.
