Feature request

Create a Debian package for license-expression for flict usage. license-expression is a flict dependency and is not yet packaged, so to get flict into Debian its dependencies need packaging

license-expression requires boolean (https://github.com/bastikr/boolean.py).

That seems to be the end of the dependency tree.
