[Bug Report][3.7.13] VSpeedDial buttons wrong start location

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.13
Vue Version: 3.5.13
Browsers: Chrome 133.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the VSpeedDial by clicking on the fab button
2. Close the VSpeedDial and quickly re-open it.

Expected Behavior

The buttons in the VSpeedDial should not come down from the top of the screen when quickly closing and reopening the VSpeedDial .

Actual Behavior

The buttons in the VSpeedDial come down from the top of the screen when quickly closing and reopening the VSpeedDial .
