Add a custom header to every WarpGate HTTP Proxy request

Currently there's no way to keep track of users, or use Warpgate to identify and manage user access on applications set up using Warpgate HTTP Proxy. Adding a custom header, for example X-Warpgate-User to each proxied request would be helpful to manage auth and keep track in these applications.
