change the directory for the executables and msi paket

currently the client executables and so on are in the same directory as the Client Collections from Velociraptor itself:

Thats why I suggest to create a other folder like 'Agent' and put in there.

This is a reasonable request. I never really optimized it as it was more of a POC at first, but this makes sense from an organizational perspective. We'll have to consider how we migrate things from current installations to updated ones.
