After version 0.10.3 neovim added linux arm64, and changed the naming convention for Linux x86_64.

Looks very good, could you change "in other OSes" to simply In Linux like the "In Macos" docstring |

Updated docs and added a test for Linux arm64 when no version is provided. |

Fix clippy lints and I merge (not super important but will speed up when I can finally release a new bob version) |
