This should reduce the number of pull requests opened by dependabot, and shouldn't cause issues since patch updates only contain bug fixes. This approach has been working well for osrd. Signed-off-by: Simon Ser <[email protected]>

This should reduce the number of pull requests opened by dependabot, and shouldn't cause issues since patch updates only contain bug fixes. This approach has been working well for osrd.
