What happened?

See #10488

We sometimes have consecutive / overlapping engineering allowances, where the start of an allowance range goes further back than the previous allowance, which isn't supposed to be possible.

What did you expect to happen?

No response

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Log the ranges

On which environments the bug occurs?

Local

On which browser the bug occurs?

Firefox

OSRD version (top right corner Account button > Informations)
